Baccalà Festival – Gusto in Abbazia – Venice


On 2nd December the Tagliapietra trophy, symbol of innovation and creativity when talking about salted codfish recipes, will be awarded to one of the six finalists dishes (four of them are Venetian, one from Trento, and one from Friuli) by a star rated technical jury.

Until then, the dishes will be valued by the guests, which will choose the six dishes that reach the final. The dishes underlined in red will be submitted for your examination and have the possibility to reach the final.
